Attention, aspiring principled & innovative business leaders! Are you ready to trade your spreadsheets & powerpoints for boats and s’mores in that quintessential Maine, pine-scented air and famous rocky coastline? Look no further!
If you miss summer camp as a child, this is your chance to join Sloanies Summer Camp 2024, almost as good as the one from The Parent Trap! We’ll be conquering a 100+ acre property with a pool and hot tub and have everything from team competitions like Sloanie Scratch to “Sloan Olympics” (involving red solo cups), evening bonfires, to a boat day with tubing, water skiing, and great vibes. Time permitting, we’ll reenact Maya Rudolph and Tina Fey’s Wine Country at a winery.

The picturesque property provides the perfect backdrop for reconnecting with nature and making new friends. You might leave tired, but we guarantee you'll leave with memories to last a lifetime.

Priya Sarkar (MBA ’25 & our fearless Pre-FX lead) is excited to tell you how to get off any course waitlist at Sloan, Reid Silverhart (MBA ’25) will be returning as grill master, Sarah Schmid (MBA ’25) can’t wait to convince you that the Olivia Rodrigo concert was the best night of her life, and Jack Glasl (MBA 25’) is ready to show you many many photos of his cats. Your trip leaders all became besties on this same Pre-Fx trip last year and can’t wait for you to experience the same!

Itinerary

Aug 20 Depart from Boston in the morning and drive to Maine -- stop by for lunch along the way. Trip leaders cook dinner for first-years.

Aug 21 Boat day -- tubing, water-skiing, relaxing on the boat

Aug 22 Easy morning hike near the Airbnb, followed by lawn olympics during the day and fire pit fun at night

Aug 23 Check out from Airbnb and drive back to Boston -- arrive early afternoon (with a surprise stop on the way ;))
